Beautiful But Challenging 42 KM Route at BCA CitraLand Marathon 2024Rapid changes happening in almost all sectors are being responded to by CitraLand Surabaya by implementing technologies and forming new cultures. One of these is presenting a marathon competition. Under the name CitraLand Marathon, this annual running event is a response to the growing sports culture in Surabaya, especially running.
This running culture has growth rapidly in recent years, including in the CitraLand Surabaya area. New individuals and communities have also came along with the changes. There on, CitraLand Marathon consistently presents a platform for runners. This third year, has become an event not to be missed, especially for runners in Surabaya and its surroundings, and even Indonesia in general.
This year, in collaboration with Bank Central Asia (BCA) , BCA CitraLand Marathon 2024 targets 3,500 participants with Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and 5K routes. 42 km is equivalent to one lap around the CitraLand Surabaya area. The hallmark of the marathon in CitraLand Surabaya is its beautiful routes yet challenging contours.
